### Support Limitations

* Support **responses may take up to 24 hours**. If you are having any issues please consult our [**documentation pages**](/directory.md).
* We are **not required** to provide support to customers who have **ignored the config's dependencies list**.
* We **can not** provide in-game **support** to **local (LAN) servers** (run off a personal computer)

### Support Security

* Clean Configs support team may request your **product key** or **email address**. This is to prove that you purchased the resource. If you can not supply the product key or your email address affiliated with the purchase, we may not be able to assist you.
